1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Peel, core and slice the apples, place into a pot with the date syrup, cinnamon, ginger and 2 tablespoons of water. Cook over a low heat for 5 minutes to soften slightly, stirring occasionally. Tip into a medium-large ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, sugar and coconut oil together in a bowl. Sprinkle over the cooked apples in the dish. Bake in the oven for approx 30 minutes-till the top is golden brown
  4. Mix Lifestream Super Berries into the yoghurt.
  5. Serve apple crumble into a bowl, top with berry yoghurt sauce
