Directions

Soak the oats and dried fruit in the orange juice overnight.

Put the grated apple in a bowl, along with the heaped teaspoon of Lifestream CC Flax. Add the oats and the almond milk to bring to a loose porridgey consistency. Sprinkle with the ginger, natural sweetener, and cinnamon and stir. Add a dollop of yoghurt, plus a drizzle of honey if you have a sweet tooth. Serve immediately.
