Biogenic Aloe Vera 60 vege caps: Sourced from 100% pure inner leaf Aloe vera gel, it helps to soothe the lining of the digestive tract to settle bloating, wind, reflux, irregular bowel movements, to support smooth and natural digestion.

Fibre Biotics 100g Powder:
Adults:1/2 teaspoon per day, up to 1 teaspoon twice daily.
Children 6-12yrs:1/3 teaspoon daily
Children 1-6yrs: Half of the Child (6-12yrs) dose.
Mix into large glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately. Follow with another glass of water or juice and increase water intake while taking additional dietary fibre. Best taken 1/2 hour before or after food. It is recommended to start with a low dose and build up gradually to suit.

Chlorella 90 tablets
Adults: 4 tablets (2g) daily.
the dose over a week. Headaches, blemishes, tiredness or changes in bowel motions may occur when first taking chlorella. Drink plenty of water. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Biogenic Aloe Vera Capsules 60 vege caps
Adults: 2 capsules daily.
Children 6-12 years:1 capsule daily.
Best taken on an empty stomach. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children under 2 years.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER SERVE (2.25g): Psyllium husks (Plantago ovata forsk) 1.56g, Inulin prebiotic 0.67g, Probiotic cultures (270 million CFU) 0.01g (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus).
Also contains excipients. No added gluten, wheat, flavours, sugar or artificial sweeteners.
