This prebiotic and probiotic blend supports your everyday bowel regularity. The pre and probiotics help to maintain a healthy balance of intestinal bacteria, and the psyllium husks contribute to bowel regularity when used as part of a balanced and varied diet.

Fibre Biotics is 100% natural and contains no sweeteners or artificial ingredients.

How To Use

POWDER (CONCENTRATED FORMULA)
Adults:1/2 teaspoon per day, up to 1 teaspoon twice daily.
Children 6-12yrs: 1/3 teaspoon daily.
Children 1 - 6 yrs: Half of the child (6-12 yrs) dose.
Mix into a large glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately
Follow with another glass of water or juice and increase water intake while taking additional dietary fibre
Best taken ½ hour before or after food
It is recommended to start with a low dose and build up gradually to suit.
CAPSULES
Adults: 3 capsules daily
Children 6-12 years: 1-2 capsules daily

Increased adult doses of up to 8 capsules twice daily can be taken to suit individual requirements

How do I know if I have the new concentrated formula Fibre Biotics powder?
On the front of the label you will see a white circle shaped symbol that reads "CONCENTRATED FORMULA 44 DOSES". If the label on your product does not have this symbol, then you do not have the new concentrated formula. Also the new concentrated formula of Fibre Biotics comes in a smaller size bottle. Please always read the label and use only as directed.
