Lifestream Essential Greens:
Adults: 2 teaspoons (10g) daily
Children 6-12 years: 1 teaspoon (5g) daily
Mix in 200ml water or juice daily.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not with blood-thinning medications
This product is vegetarian and free from gluten, wheat.

Yes, we’ve listened to your feedback and made two small changes to our formula:
Reishi, Shitake Mushroom – We’ve removed these ingredients due to potential allergies amongst some users. Stevia. We’ve also reduced the amount of stevia to enhance the overall taste of the product

Yes, it contains pre and probiotics for helping support healthy gut function alongside nutrient dense ingredients such as spirulina, wheatgrass and barley grass with immune supporting herbs, elderberry and olive leaf. Including the superfruit acerola for the natural goodness of vitamin C.
