These have been working great with my cravings i got 2 months worth am about to run out so possibly will be ordering more i usually take 2 a day one after my first meal lunchtime and one at night time
( i only a extra one if my dinner is heavy )
also the flavor is good
I normally snack alot but with having these i dont snack at all only a slight weight change as of yet but im happy with this product

I really like this product; it effectively suppresses my appetite and keeps me from feeling hungry for most of the day. If I take it in the morning, I usually don't start feeling hungry until around 4 PM. The individually wrapped packs are also convenient to carry around. I think I’ll definitely buy it again.
