Tastes fine. Only problem is have had is getting it to dissolve. But thats fine too cos I can still drink it. Has helped with my energy levels, and helps me stray regular (bowels).

Great tasting, and it's aptly named. Daily light definitely made me feel lighter. Feel fuller for longer and not snacking as much. Although it hasnt shown any positive results on the scales. Gut health seems to have improved also. 😄

Tasty and refreshing I don’t recommend smelling it lol, my tummy has reduced in size I am also taking other health supplements so not 100% sure of its weight loss results due to this product

These have been working great with my cravings i got 2 months worth am about to run out so possibly will be ordering more i usually take 2 a day one after my first meal lunchtime and one at night time
( i only a extra one if my dinner is heavy )
also the flavor is good
I normally snack alot but with having these i dont snack at all only a slight weight change as of yet but im happy with this product

3 weeks in and I'm definitely noticing a shift. Numbers on the scales are slowly dropping and - more importantly - my waist measurement is finally decreasing.
Most interesting is the change in my binge eating after work. I still reach for food but now realise I'm not actually hungry. No more compulsive eating - Yay!
