I am on my third box the bloating has gone down a bit but none of this losing weight they all talk about. Clothes don't feel much different don't know that it's any use buying more if I'm not losing weight

As I’m in recovery, it’s so easy for me to snack on sweets but thanks to metabolic daily I’ve been able to suppress those cravings, support my gut health and get the fibres I need. It also tastes so good so it’s easy to take. It also fits into my everyday life as a busy mum.
Well I have been drinking one at morning and one at evening after two weeks i see no change at all, i also have increased my exercise and am being very careful with my food intake and what I am consuming so a little disappointing, I have bought six boxes so I hope I see some results. It does taste nice.

I am nearly onto week 3 and have 1 sachet after dinner. The primary changes have been reduced bloating and a more settled digestive system. Similarly, I have an autoimmune disease and it seems to be supporting my gut health well. I do not experience sugar cravings so have not noticed a reduction here. However, I have recognised that I am not reaching for as many snacks as I used to at night. I recommend this product and look forward to re-purchasing again soon!
Noticed on the first day that it suppressed my appetite. It's really good. Instead of 3 meals, I can get away with 2 meals most days. This is my 2nd week, hoping to have the same experience as above.
Think I need to use it for a month before I make judgement - as nothing has changed.
