How To Use

POWDER Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) daily. Children 6-12yrs: ½ teaspoon (1.5g) daily. Add to juice, yoghurt or your favourite smoothie and mix well. CAPSULES Adults: 4 capsules daily. Children 6-12 years: 2 capsules daily Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
