If you're looking for a magical weight loss remedy, this isn't it. However, it is definitely aiding my calorie deficit and exercise. It absolutely seems to help regulate my hunger spikes throughout the day, no bloating and less energy crashes. Can feel fuller longer and as such dont find myself snacking as much.
So good for tummy and good aid alongside exercise and calorie deficit. Taste is pleasant but quite sweet so might help curb the sweet tooth for some.
