Almond Berry Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp Himalayan salt 2 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup of Coconut oil
  • 2 heap tsp Lifestream Essential Berries
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cranberries
  • 2 capsules Lifestream Biogenic Ginger
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Place dry ingredients into a bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix together. Roll into 12 even-sized balls. Place on a greased baking tray. Use a fork to flatten. Cook at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
