INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1⁄2 orange
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • Half a small avocado
  • Small handful of nuts or seeds such as almonds or flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp Lifestream Natural Calcium Powder, or 2 capsules (pull apart for the powder)
  • Pinch of ginger and cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Combine in a blender and blitz until smooth. Top with fresh mint or a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
