- 1⁄2 orange
- Handful of fresh spinach
- Half a small avocado
- Small handful of nuts or seeds such as almonds or flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp Lifestream Natural Calcium Powder, or 2 capsules (pull apart for the powder)
- Pinch of ginger and cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Combine in a blender and blitz until smooth. Top with fresh mint or a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
