  • 1 cup pineapple or kiwifruit – fresh or frozen
  • 1⁄2 chopped banana frozen for an extra thickened chilled smoothie
  • Juice of one lemon or lime
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Lifestream Essential Greens Powder 
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of ginger
