- 350 mls of almond milk
- 2 medium size stalks celery
- 1 cup mango or pineapple – fresh or frozen
- 1⁄2 chopped avocado
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 heaped teaspoon Lifestream Wheat Grass powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of turmeric
DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, add a handful of ice for a chilled version and enjoy as a super greens start to the day or afternoon pick me up.
