INGREDIENTS

  • 350 mls of almond milk
  • 2 medium size stalks celery
  • 1 cup mango or pineapple – fresh or frozen
  • 1⁄2 chopped avocado
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 heaped teaspoon Lifestream Wheat Grass powder
  • 1 heaped tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon of turmeric

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, add a handful of ice for a chilled version and enjoy as a super greens start to the day or afternoon pick me up.

This detox blend mixes to a delicious tropical tasting smoothie. You can also make a superfood bowl and decorate it with a pinch of flaxseeds on top with some coconut and gojj berries sprinkles as a energy boosting breakfast.
