INGREDIENTS
- Β½ cup rolled oats (gluten free if required)Β
- ΒΌ teaspoon cinnamon
- 100mls almond MilkΒ
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground gingerΒ
- Juice and zest of 1 orangeΒ
- 1 heap teaspoon Lifestream Flax+Β
- Β½ apple peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon natural sweetener
- Β½ cup of coconut yoghurt
DIRECTIONS
Soak the oats and dried fruit in the orange juice overnight.
Put the grated apple in a bowl, along with the heaped teaspoon of LifestreamΒ Flax+. Add the oats and the almond milk to bring to a loose porridgey consistency. Sprinkle with the ginger, natural sweetener, and cinnamon and stir. Add a dollop of yoghurt, plus a drizzle of honey if you have a sweet tooth. Try adding fresh fruit or nut butter too! Serve immediately.
